We want you to be happy with our product. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, the item can be returned in its original packaging and condition within 14 days of receipt for exchange or store credit. We do not offer cash refunds.

Please note, only new, unused, unlaundered items will be accepted.

Credit or Exchange
Please bear in mind that since each sling is handcrafted variations are normal. However, if you feel an item is defective, please contact us for exchange options.
All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Please contact us for a RAN and address before returning your item.

Shipping is non-refundable.

Shipping
We ship all orders via USPS Priority mail. Please allow 2-3 days for process and an additional 3-5 days for shipping. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holiday’s will be processed next business day.

Due to an amazing increase in demand slings are currently being made to order. Please allow a minimum of 5-7 days for processing in addition to shipping time.
